I imagine they'll have an option to turn the light off or add that option in a firmware update. A good example of this would be Samsung (and other) HDTVs that have the glowing Samsung logo at the bottom of the bezel. Mine offers me the ability to turn this off, so I'm sure eventually this will become a moot point.
