Again, no links or sources. You have nothing. As far as I'm aware, everything you type is made up. It's been covered in mainstream media outlet and you're saying that people don't know that the PS4 is coming? I said until it gets heavily advertized on TV, the average Joe won't know a thing. READ, THEN RESPOND. What media outlet was it? 360,000,000? No source, no link? |
http://metro.co.uk/2013/05/28/wembley-champions-league-final-attracts-global-audience-of-150million-3811469/ "The Champions League final at Wembley was watched by over 360million people worldwide, according to figures released today."
I guess as an Aussie you don't know how massively popular Soccer is. Or you don't know how big of a population Europe, Russia, Africa and South America are combined. And that's not including Asia, which also likes Soccer quite a bit. 360 million is probably 10-15% of the population of the nations where Soccer is the most popular sport. So 360 million is hardly an unbelievable number requiring a linked source in order to be credible. If he'd said 1.5 billion watched the game then you could reasonably expect to see a credible source for such a claim.
As for mainstream media outlets, it's easy enough to verify. Though if anything Xbone has had more mainstream press than PS4 because of it's poor PR job, and you know the press prefers to report bad news.
I'm guessing most active console gamers know that Xbone and PS4 have been announced for 2013 launch. Those are the ones that matter right now because those are the ones who are most likely to buy in the first year.
