Happens all the time. They run on dev kits not actual hardware. Why is it surprising that Xbone OS has taskbar anyway? It's RUNNING ON WINDOWS.

Not even dev kits just a laptop. Who mentioned a task bar? The tweet said "Task Manager" also know as that thing that appears when you press control-alt-supr.

FYI - The Task Bar is the visible UI portion of TaskEng.exe, which is also the program that provides the Task Manager.
