Typically, a top of the line PC is going to easily out-graphic the 360 in most every way, simply because they take advantage of better things out there (360 can't do DX10 for the most part).
It's just a fact of life. However, you can still get the same games on the 360. And for me, I much rather would pay $400 to play my favorite PC games than buy a $2,000 video game rig.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
