Is IGN blatantly biased towards certain companies at E3? (Monolith Soft's game)

There is no booth but media will usually count any game they saw played in front of them in these kinds of awards so things like Watchdogs will get in even if only Ubisoft representatives were playing it in front of media.  So since we all saw it get played live then it counts for these types of awards same as things like Beyond.  Halo is the questionable one though, if that's in the list then this isn't the criteria they're basing it off of.
