They can't because people keep on asking about it over and over again no matter how much they explain. There's some people who just can't seem to accept that M$'s machine has DRM and Sony's doesn't. To them it seems unbelievable that two companies have taken such different routes in terms of how their box operates and for some reason their boxes need to be identical, because how the box works is apparently dictated by the big publishers.
I think Sony should just reply to all questions regarding with the answer "It's the same as PS3". End it like that. But even then I think people would still ask the same question. PR must be a pretty aggravating job.
