I predict a november 2014 release date WW (for the first time ever). Once Lightning returns is released in japan this november the team will move onto XV and help the team finish the game. PS4/X1 will be easy to develop for and port.
Also I'm down with the fact that the cast is 99% male. Its not traditional to FF so clearly it is a decision based on the characters and narratives they are creating. Its better things occur organically as opposed to having a generic formula which states your party must consist of 4males and 3 females (or vise versa in FFXIII's case). If Nomura doesn't feel any of Noctis's close friends would be females then that it is how it should be.
