For me the price is the main issue.

Memory cards, I am not going to buy a 32 GB for $99.99. I could buy an entire steam collection of 100+ games for that price through humble bundle/steam sales/Amazon Digital Sales, I could buy 3-4 PS3 games that I havent gotten yet that I wanted, I could buy 2 new 3DS or Vita games with that money.

Also why should I buy a Vita for $249.99 (since I dont care about the 3G model) when the Japanese SKUs prices have been cut. I'm waiting for a price cut on the system in NA.

As for games, not everyone here will be pleased with the collection but for me what I want is quite clear, here's a list of games I want to get when I get a Vita (and are purposely holding out on console releases due to the fact that the Vita versions include all DLCs and extra content).

Both announced and released

-Persona 4 Golden
-Ragnarok Odyssey
-Disgaea 3 Absence of Detention
-Muramasa Rebirth
-Assassin's Creed III Liberation (wish it came out on Steam)
-New Little King's Story
-Ys Memories of Celceta
-Tearaway
-Wipeout 2048
-Gravity Rush
-Uncharted Golden Abyss
-Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus
-Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus 2
-LittleBigPlanet Vita
-Mortal Kombat
-Atelier Meruru Plus: The Apprentice of Arland
-Valhalla Knights 3

Still I can understand, Sony doesnt even try to advertise the Vita in the proper way it deserves.

On memory cards, saw this in Best Buy the other day (sold out).  Not sure if this is a sign of things to come...
