Will COD Ghosts looks better on PC than previous COD?

I know on consoles it looks significantly better, but on PC COD has looked great and from the gameplay from Xbox One it looks like COD MW 3 on the PC. I wonder if COD Ghosts would look the same on PC or better, because it's a new engine.
