It's just bad because you always know what they will show (and even more). Stop reading through the internet 365 days a year and expecting huge things @ E3.
There are almost 10 Wii U games now that I will buy. Which is enough for one year. And I like that I was allowed to see some videos of the games before release.
If I was responsible for PR, I'd never tell anyone about a release until 1-2 months before it's happening. That way you keep hype. And it's P(!!)R, not business R.
