I didnt care that people needed to pay for Xbox live and I dont care that Sony is now charging for Multiplayer, this will help the PSN network grow and evolve + make it more competitive against Xbox live. As pointed out in previous posts the costs for running this type of infrastructure is massive, $60 is only 5 dollars a month and factor in you get free games and many other options with the subscription.
