Piracy would stop if companies were not so damn greedy and overcharged consumers for games. $60 US and more for a game thats really steep. New games should cost no more than $30 US upon release.
Well making a back up copy to a game is not a crime. It only takes one scratch and the disc does not work anymore and yeah disks break easily.
