of course not,ps3 games also won't play on the vita. but you also get the full ps3 support when you only own a vita and buy ps+.

It's one payment fits all.

I suppose both:sony and ms will make it that way to keep you tied to your account and system ,preventing people this way to switch sides.I'm pretty sure You can use your xboxlive gold for 360 and xbox1 and get full support for both systems.the same with ps+.And ms won't be able to offer xbox1 games in the beginning for free as there are only few games-

I also suppose that 90% of all early adopters of ps4 own a ps3 (the same with xbox1 owners)-there will be only minor problems with unsatisfied customers.As most early adopters own the older systems or are experienced enough to know that you can't expect tons of free games for a new system.Only problem that may occure is when the game support is as lousy as on Wii U.You can't offer 2 new games each and every month as long as only one game per month is released.

And I suppose Sony will release a cheap streaming box for gaikai(50-80dollar) where you can also use ps+ to play ps3 games.(i suppose a lot but this seems to be the easiest and most logical way if you don't want to harm costumers with complicated deals and impress them with support)
