Haha. Brilliant strategy from Square Enix
1. Announce a title as a ps3 exclusive
2. Wait for all the hype from the people who think it's the best thing ever because it's an exclusive (seriously we had seen close to nothing and people acted as if it was the best thing since slice bread),
3. Change your mind at the last minute and enjoy better sales as a multiplatform title.
I also find it funny how SE was twice part of the ps4 reveal (E3 and the first event), as if they had a special partnership with sony, but nope. Not even timed exclusive or exclusive dlc announced. I mean seriously, what's the point of them being there? At least with Destiny and Assassin's Creed, they're getting something for promoting their games.
At any rate. Great news for gamers. Hopefully 3rd party exclusives will be a thing of the past.
