they are, almost every third party ip is on ps4 and xbox one, but the ps4 has the better specs, so the better version will more than likely  be on the cheeaper priced console

Hardly think the better version will be defined by a 1% higher polycount or barely perceptable frame rate differences. Itll be about how Live and PSN features set one another apart that will truly define the versions. But thats me.
