wait and see how the PS+ thing works, maybe they will announce an account sharing like MS? (there really is no use in two PS+ subscriptions), also i dont think sony stated that your account is tied to your hardware, meaning you can probably use it on more than one PS4.
my advice, just wait for clarification.
