Sony isn't taking any risk. Seems very smart.

MS... has other plans it seems.

Oh well, doesn't matter which box is more ideal. I just want the box with Halo 5 and 6.

I would have to Disagree with sony not taking a risk, they have always takin pretty big chances on the game department especially with titles like Heavy rain and LBP, but sure there werent too many of those types of games at there E3 conference but i believe them to take more risks then microsft atleast in that department.

Taking some risk with games does not compare to taking a risk with a console.

For example, releasing the PS3 $600 so it could have a Bluray player was a massive risk. So massive it cost Sony billions of dollars.

MS is taking a huge risk by going all digitial and requiring an online connection. MS could have played it safe and released a console similar to the PS4. Instead they're taking a risk that may already be hurting the brand.

I think it may be hurting the industry as a whole also.
And I do see your point, but I would also like the state that while sony took a risk with the Blu-ray in the PS3 I believe it eventually paid off as we know see that it is now in the XBone and also that Blu-ray is the new format for movies and almost everyone i know owns a Blu-Ray player (or a PS3), but i could agree with you in the fact that microsoft are taking a bigger risk with the DRM and what not, still I see sony doing more with games in the risk department.
