Since this thread got already bumped, I might as well reply to this. It's certainly not looking up for the Vita right now. Judging by your statement, Vita's upswing won't have anything to do with Vita games, but some sort of PS4 to PSV connectivity. But at this point in time it looks more like the Vita can be happy, if it has even remotely something like a five year lifecycle in the West. As for your original post, the exclusive game that Microsoft was going to lose to Sony was certainly the most interesting prediction. We've not seen it yet and I don't think Sony is saving it for later this week (or Gamescom), because Sony was more than willing to take some shots at Microsoft last night. Also, I can't remember Sony showing a beloved PS1/PS2 franchise return, but that at least can't be ruled out to show up later this week or at Gamescom. |
What I've heard is that Vita will be bundled with PS4 - but I guess that's when Gaikai gets launched, or something...
Yeah, it seems I was wrong about almost every-fucking-thing... All my source said was "wait for TGS" - but I don't understand why they're saving Crash Bandiccot for Japan... I always thought it sold better in the West, and E3 would have been the perfect time to announce it. And no FF7 remake either... THAT they might hold on for TGS though... And no Jak and Dexter either. I guess we'll have to wait and see where GeoW goes now.
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.
