The console market will stagnate : usual market (US/EU/JP) will sell less while new market (Brasil/China etc...) will kind of equalize the sales.
My estimations are kind of the same for PS4 (around 70mil), and 50mil for the Wii U but for the Xbox One it's impossible to know the reaction yet.
Scenario 1 : Casual gamers and couch potatoes around the world don't mind the horrible Xbone scheme - it sells 50-60mil
Scenario 2 : Guided by harcore gamers, smart people and media, casual/potatoes are few to buy it - it sells 30-40mil
Scenario 3 : The surveillance scheme and anti-consumer option are shot down by medias and consumer association/parliaments - it sells 25mil or even less.
