Versus for PS3 no longer exist. There's now FFXV and it could end up multiplatform. Simple as that.

Versus was exclusive, but it no longer exist, meaning that if there were any contracts involved for Versus with Sony to be a PS3 exclusive, is now doubtful to exist.

Therefore they could have mentioned it was exclusive and leave any doubt there is. Things become even more doubtful when you consider that Sony explicitly mentioned the exclusivity of FFXIV, both in the conference and twitter.

So to put it simply again, FFVX and KHIII are coming to PS4 for sure, but they haven't been ruled out for other platforms, which means they may or may not be exclusives to PS4.

Any discussion post this would be based on guesses and assumptions, so unless we have more information, it'd be useless.
