Will the XBOX One DRM lead to more exclusive titles and superior 3rd party support for Microsoft?
We all talk about the benefits to 3rd parties and the cost to consumers for the XBOX One's DRM, but if not superior 3rd party support what's in it for Microsoft? They will lose sales to anyone who does not have high speed internet right off the bat. Also, there is negative publicity and loss of support among those who opose their policy on principal (though I think this is a smaller crowd than we may think).
