No restrictions on used games and game rentals, you actually own a game when you buy it instead of 'paying for a service' like on Xbox One. Sony won just based on that. Paying for online play is a negative but now it only matched Live Gold's BS from last generation plus PS+ comes with free games and exclusive betas so I'll spring for the 5 bucks a month.
