When MGS was remade by Silicon Knights for the GC as Twin Snakes Hideo praised the Gamecube and talked about how he wanted to make more Metal Gear Solid games for it but then went back to PS2 regardless with MGS3 and then PSP for the portable OPS. He just makes up crap as he goes. And to be honest Metal Gear Solid fans tire of his drama, tire of his antics, and tire of his constant threats to not make any more Metal Gear games, threats to not release the next Metal Gear game here or there. He's like a teenager on Live Journal. Anyone else find it funny that Hideo had no problem putting MGS2 and MGS3 on the graphically inferior PS2 but now he's trying to act all high and mighty with the PS3 like it was always meant for HD. The truth of the matter is Konami tells him what to do, he does it and then makes up some B.S. after the fact to make it look like he's in control. |
