Konami says MGS4 on 360 is just "Speculation"

 I can agree with that, to a degree. I'm not sure I'd call him incredible, but I would say that he's not the final word. If the publisher wants the developer to do something -- such as put their game on a console that makes the game more profitable -- the publisher wins, almost every time. If Konami's head of publishing said it wasn't going to 360, that would hold a good deal more weight, and thus far Konami is shuffling their feet and muttering under the breath.

On the flipside, again, Kojima isn't completely incredible. It's not like he's just some random guy giving his opinion of the Metal Gear franchise -- he's the lead developer. He may not have the final say on everything MGS, but he's still highly influential.
