Oh no, my friend. They have addressed it yesterday. The official terms of use was released and AngryJoeShow and Furious Fancis from Playeressence gave their thoughts about it, pretty much sums up how I reacted towards the bloody thing!

Man, they really needed to address those things better!

I actually stopped watching playeressence; he's a little bit too much of a nintendo fan boy to me... Angry joe I like though
