The ban is part of what king of wale originally wanted in the bet. I think it's a good addition to the bet. In your case, your sig is already really long. I think it's going to start breaking rules if it gets doubled in size. Just copy and paste the original to MS Word or a similar program and change it back after the one week is up. Obviously you don't want to change your signature, that's why it's a good bet. If you liked the consequence of losing a bet, what would be the point?

It kept everything but it changed the font. I tested it out as my own signature and those were the results I saw. I copied your sig to MS word and then copied the MS word document back into my own signature. I got a larger font, but couldn't that just be brought back down? Anyways, if it's too much for you just don't take the bet. I don't want to pressure you into it.
