The problem with the graph is that it's misleading. It's a graph essentially measuring % of features, not NUMBER of features. If Xbox has 40 gaming features and 40 media consumption features, many people would consider that superior to a 43/10 split... but it could yield a graph like that.
There is NOTHING to suggest the PS4 will have more gaming features, just more horsepower. Look at the current Gen, Xbox/Live has consistently, and right up to this day, had more "features" than PS3/PSN. The fact that MS has the resources to also develop massive amounts of additional content is not somehow a drawback.
