1. Billiards (I have a platinum medal in that game, and yes, they do exist)
2. Fishing (it's actually pretty fun, especially when you get a high-scoring 2x Bonus fish)
3. Charge! (one of only two events where I don't feel like it's a fluke for me to earn Silver or higher; see number 1 for the other one)
4 (Tie). Table Tennis and Laser Hockey (way fun in multiplayer, impossibly difficult in solo mode)
