All Playstation consoles were sold at loss during launch.  PS4 won't be the exception.

I don't know Why people are assuming that Sony and/or MS won't take losses.

well just look at where this path has brought them...moneybleeding path, theyre barely making any profit overall in this 7 years if any both of them, that should really be the ultimate indicative that their model is somehow flawed...
