Xbox One: Microsoft Doing “Reputation Management” For Negative Criticism?

There is way too much negativity about the Xbox, for Microsoft to be able to do anything about it at this point. They can hire a horde of marketeers, but they still won't be enough. One company, no matter how big, can't control the internet.
