In this case, you have the likes of Gamestop ruining things for everyone. He has points here. I FULLY disagree with him that getting rid of used games will somehow cause the price of new games to drop.
I will also add that NO ONE outside of the publisher owns a game. People own a LICENSE to use a game. But the game is not owned. People also own a disk or something else the game comes on.
