I don't care what your background is, how can people support this? I guess loyalty does wonders for companies and governments, no matter how wrong the cause is.

Why would I let something that has no negative impact on the way I play games bother me? I should refrain from buying an Xbone because little Timmy in rural Kentucky doesn't have stable internet and can't figure out how to go into his phone settings and tether it to his Xbone? I should turn away from some of my favourite game franchises like Halo and Forza because of DRM? I still buy movies and music and I don't fully own those either. As long as I can play and enjoy them that's what's important to me.

Well why should it be acceptable? I understand you like Xbox and i respect that. what i don't respect is that Microsoft or any company thinks they have the right to impose such things on all of us. What if the successor comes out to the Xbox One and Microsoft just turns off Xbox live for Xbox One, rendering all your games and your Xbox One utterly useless? Wouldn't that piss you off? Especially, if you wanted to go back and play them, not like you could sell them because of these measures. We don't know what Microsoft could do down the line. Although, i hope they don't do that. Also, enjoy your new system.
