Why doesn't MS make the Xbox One digital only?

Good point. But maybe if they do that thing like the PS4 where you can play the game while you are downloading it could a be a solution.

Well they have the gamer download the game in parts and they can play the first part while waiting for the next one to complete and so on or stream them like Sony's plan with Gakai. Of course this would totally alienate a bigger portion of the community from the get go and the infrastructure is not yet in par with the advancement in cloud technology.
