I voted somewhat happy, depending on how the used game/rental market turns out.
Some of the licensing features are really good for a console with PC-level DRM. The ability to gift games you have already played, trade games in, and have a 10 person game share type network are all great. MS is giving publishers the benefits of the DRM but also making some concessions for the gamers.
