As for family member accounts, that probably refers to accounts that are "at home" on your Xbox One. They can play your games on your console, otherwise it would be counter-productive to the entire idea of the DRM. Sharing one game across ten accounts on ten different consoles? Yeah... no.


Totally this. That whole points makes absolutely no sense.
