As a consumer, who enjoys the gaming industry, I am willing to accept certain changes that need to be made in order that the industry survives. But yes, that is just my opinion when looking at the facts. If someone can find a better alternative, than I'd be happy to endorse it.
And all this talk about rights... I don't know your particular case, but I don't think that people are mad that they won't be able to resale their games. It's not like we can get much back from it anyways. People are made because they cannot purchase a game used.
