No second hand games policy effectively kills off game stores and rental shops. Kills two birds with one stone. In the eyes of Microsoft, employees at game stores and rental stores are sub human and effectively do not matter. A no second hand game policy will adversely impact on game sales: fewer teenagers/children the majority of gamers will buy less games because they simply can not afford the $60 per game.
