In my opinion, the biggest issue is the required daily game check ... and what that means when the servers are shut down.
Barring some magnanimous act by Microsoft, it means that your system can no longer play games. Which means it does not matter if you bought new or used, full price or discount. They all become worthless.
 I am Mario.I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk.
