I have a feeling you would always feel hungry, unless you had access to a cloning firm. Babies wrapped in Bacon could be a delicacy. My Sergeant in the Army once told me a story about how he kicked an  Iraqi baby out of the way when they thought the Dad had a IED trigger. I felt bad for it, so I probably would never eat one.
