That's true they ain't Vita games but they can surely be a good addition to the library and could sway the fans of the franchises to buy the Vita. Even the Tales Of games are not original Vita games but if they get localized imagine the swooning that JRPG fans would have, that would definitely help the Vita. You add already recognized games on a console and you will have a better chance to get the fans to buy in.
of course I'm just being hopeful here. Your scenario actually makes more sense but we fans got to what, we got to do and hope. ^^
