Do you know how NeoGaf works? It's nothing like VgChartz. They have very very strict rules. You are not allowed to use free emails to create accounts. So yahoo, gmail..etc aren't valid email addresses. You need to use something such as a school or work email to register. This way when you get banned, you can't easily make another email. This minimizes trolling/flaming/etc.
Those insiders are entirely held accountable for their actions. If they say something that ends up not being true they get banned. These insiders are very reputable and have amazing track records. If you are going to ignore that then there is no reasoning with you.
