The fact of the matter is the gaming features arent the same because they charge you extra. The most glaring example is having to pay for multiplayer or having to buy a battery because it doesnt come included with the gamepad. That lowers the gaming value of Xbox1 because you have to pay more for those features than you would on the PS4. The whole conversation on this thread and that graph is about Value. Money is value last i checked.
Theres also a full fledged core option wich is remote play anywhere with the Vita wich the Xbox1 doesnt have. So even if you to ignore the obvious value of money, the PS4 has gaming features the Xbox1 doesnt have. I could add to that how its more powerful aswell and will be able to produce better graphics.
