but can you wrap your head around the idea that there are other ways to grab our money? Sony and Nintendo, as platform holders, can negotiate with publishers some other way to bring more cash in their platform other than intrusive DRM...
you can go check my post history, and see that i am pro DRM, because i work in a SW house and know creating SW is hard work, but DRM must be well implemented and work without the consumer ever notice he is there, unless they make something illegal (not illegal to be off-line, to lend a game or sell your disc game(by selling it you must revoke the right to play that game and the new owner must get a new user right permit to use that SW). And the lack of Laws in this matter is disturbing BTW...
