And again a reasonable discussion gets out of control due to exaggerations. You won't find a $60 console game for $5-$10 on Steam.
PC games were always cheaper than console games to begin with.

This is the Steam store in Germany though. Can't access the American one at work.

Sure Steam has some great deals every now and then and I already took advantage of that, but you exaggerate.
