It is fairly big. The only other game that has been more influential is CoD. Heck, even DoA5 has segments influenced by Uncharted.

UC didn't have a big effect. Most TPS games in the 7th gen took their cues from Gears of War, which predates Uncharted.

And in terms of critical reception, ND technically hasn't ever reached quite the level that Prime did.

Critical reception is only a popularity indicator anyway. There's no objective measure of a game's quality, it's all just opinion.

The whole cinematic gameplay is taken from Uncharted. Even Ken Levine says that he is influenced by Uncharted.

Depends where you're looking. GR has Uncharted 2 above Metroid Prime, which, by the way, came out 10 years ago when it didn't have to deal with troll reviewers like HonestGamers, Polygon or Quarter To Three.

Also, time to face the facts - that Retro is gone.

lol retro is gone? when did you see the last real gamer from them? 2010, exactly. DKCR was great. You think they do nothing for 3-4 years?
