I've never seen him that angry. His loyalty was so deep it seemed like he was going to pop a blood vessel. MS just doesn't give a shit about their consumers.....so out of touch.

As an MS customer all I can say is they have literally  given me exactly what I wanted, and than some. I think the problem lies in that not everyone is going to like the same thing, that is to be expected. That is why we have choices, you can buy a wiiU, PS4, or Xbox One, or nothing. Ifor one am getting an Xbox One and Wii U for sure when I have the money. I like that all 3 consoles have a different approch this time, gives people reasons to own all 3, I hope I can eventually get a PS4 too.
