Sony could possibly stop you from playing used games

if the console does not need an internet connection u can bypass all the drm bs simply by not going online. This is a knight in shining armor compared to what MS is doing...

 PlayStation 4 can still be enjoyed old school without an Internet connection at all. 

I thought we were all clear on that. We all know there's no DRM, but that won't stop 3rd parties for doing it. 

A "white knight" would be the one that stops 3rd parties from doing DRM. Simple put, if you want your game on our console, don't put DRM. That would be a white knight, Sony isn't.

what drm can they do? you cant go online without buying new? ok ill play single player all day....on xbone...u literally cant...

The same way they are doing online passes. The moment you insert the game you connect to the 3rd party publishers severs. Again, like I mentioned many times already: so far, the only difference is that it will be easier for 3rd parties to put DRM on the Xbone, while on the PS4 it will be "harder".

are u not reading or something...i just said i can play my games without going online and u keep bringing up online passes on third party drm when they cant if i dont go online. point is

1. I can play my games on ps4 without ever going online

2. I can allow my friends to borrow and play those games or rent them without going online.

You cant do any of those on xbox. stop bringing up online passes and all that bs because u know that the biggest problem with all this is the fact that they wont let you play your games on xbox without going online which is a load of bullshit.
