Yes, ignore the fact that sites reported sony denied the patent is in relation to the Ps4. Ignore the fact that gamestop confirmed Ps4 will allow trade ins.... that throws a wrench into that equation. The DRM sony confirmed really just sounds like online passes... "registering your game online"

You are aware Xbox One does the exact same thing correct.
In fact MS just announced ALL 1st party MS games will be able to be traded in at retail and that DRM is up to the publisher. At this point thinking the PS4 wont have DRM in some form is well...ignoring data.
