Many times this gen I've fallen into the hype and bought a game people raved about, only to play it for an hour and find it to be complete shit. I would then put the game on craigslist immediately and have it sold the next day for either 50-55 dollars or for a game trade-in.
I guess with the Xbone this is no longer possible. Either I buy a game, dislike it and get screwed over by keeping a game I'll never play, or I'll get screwed over by selling a one week old game at Gamestop or similar "authorized" retailers for a rip-off price of $35. I really hope Sony doesn't go this route, otherwise it's PS360WiiU for me.
