Sharing with 10 family members.. hell yes. I already know 2 of my brothers are getting this at/near launch. Probably a 3rd one too. I am sure the rest I can fill up with friends.
So used games.. they're basically taking the exact same stance as Sony. It's entirely up to the publishers in terms of whether or not they're allowed, and whether or not there is a fee associated with trading them in (which I would assume is paid for by the "approved retailer", which means less trade in value).
Depending on how much value is lost, this sounds perfectly fine to me.
